SGDDS (Seegene Digitalized Development System) is a digital-based reagent
development automation system, which has been developed by reflecting Seegene’s
patented technologies and proprietary know-hows. SGDDS is an automatic system for
designing sets of oligonucleotides for high multiplex real-time PCR assays,
which can simplify complicated development processes and improve sensitivity
and specificity with no interference among oligos. This innovated
system can significantly reduce time and cost for developing customized
real-time PCR assays including clinical areas like infectious disease,
genetic disease, and drug resistance, but also in areas including food research,
and animal and plant studies.
