인유두종바이러스 28종 동시 검사 제품 (19 high-risk HPV and 9 low-risk HPV)

Anyplex™ II HPV28 Detection은 DPO™ 기술과 TOCE™ 기술 기반의 Multiplex Real-time PCR 로 19종의 고위험군과 9종의 저위험군 HPV 유전자형을 동시 구분 검사하는 제품이다. HPV 유전자형 중 약 40여개가 사람에게 생식기 부위의 감염을 유발하는데 이 유형들은 자궁경부암을 유발할 가능성이 낮은 저위험군 (HPV 6, HPV 11 등 성기 사마귀를 유발)과 자궁경부암을 유발할 가능성이 높은 고위험군으로 분류될 수 있다. HPV 16형과 HPV 18형은 자궁경부암에서 가장 중요한 고위험군 HPV 유전자형으로서 자궁경부암을 유발하는 원인의 70% 이상을 차지하고 있다. Anyplex™ II HPV28 Detection은 DNA 추출 포함 6시간 이내에 인유두종바이러스 28종에 대해 감염 유전자형 확인과 동시에 고위험군과 저위험군의 감염 결과를 정확히 구분함으로써 자궁 경부암에 대한 적극적인 선별 검사법으로 사용할 수 있다. 이 제품은 샘플채취부터 핵산추출, PCR과정까지 전과정을 확인할 수 있는 Internal control을 포함하고 있어 보다 신뢰도 높은 결과를 제공한다.
