Anyplex™ II RV16 Detection은 씨젠의 원천기술 DPO™ 와 TOCE™기반의 Multiplex real-time PCR 검사 방법으로 환자의 호흡기 검체로부터 현재 알려져있는 대부분의 호흡기 바이러스를 검사하는 제품이다. Real-time PCR 장비를 사용하여 단 한번의 검사로 16종 호흡기 바이러스 감염여부를 확인할 수 있어 보다 신속하고 정확하게 처방할 수 있다. 이 제품은 씨젠의 DPO™와 TOCE™ 기술을 바탕으로 정확한 결과를 제공한. 또한 cyclic-CMTA를 이용하여 감연된 병원체의 상대적인 양을 확인 할 수 있다.

이 결과는 FAM 채널에서 PIV4가 중간(++) 양으로  Cal Red 610 채널에서 RSV-A가 많음(+++), RSA-B는 많음(+++) 양으로 중복 감염 되어 있는 결과를 보여준다.
